Chef Rachel cannon, a fort smith native, has traveled the world to hone her culinary talents and bring them back to Arkansas.
She surprisingly started off at the bottom tier in the kitchen before she realized her love and skills, before completely dominating the restaurant.
Working her way up through every position possible before attending the International Culinary School, a division of the Art Institute of Tennessee.
After extended studies abroad, she has appeared on a couple of food tv shows as their representation including, Man vs Food, Diner's, Drive-In's and Dives, as well as Guy's Grocery Games. After this she was working in Minnesota to assist in rebuilding the culinary program for a northwestern restaurant group.
Cannon has finally returned to Fort Smith to share her culinary skills, and knowledge shes gained in her adventures, with her hometown community.
Wally Sanderson's passion for food ignited in his childhood, nurtured by countless hours spent in the kitchen with his mother. As he assisted and observed her, his casual interest blossomed into a fervent aspiration.
At just 22 years old, Wally already boasts six years of dedicated culinary experience. He began his journey at a local eatery in his hometown of Rockford, IL, where he mastered the basics of cooking. This collaboration led to an exciting opportunity: Wally followed Chef Cannon to Arkansas, where he embraced the role of Sous Chef. In this position, he continues to refine his techniques, explore diverse cooking styles, and immerse himself in the rich tapestry of global cuisines.

Throughout her career in hospitality, she has garnered invaluable experience at a variety of distinguished establishments, including the globally renowned Columbia Restaurant in Ybor City, Tampa.
Returning to Arkansas in 2020, she discovered a fitting professional home at StoneHouse, where she has assumed the role of floor manager, leading a team of dedicated individuals.
